Guidelines for Poster Presenters
All the sub-heading in the rubric (Title, abstract, Introduction/Hypotheses, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusions) must be indicated on the poster.
Posters must be within the 46 x 46 inches (117 x 117 cm) of space provided.
The poster must NOT exceed the size limit due to overlap with neighboring displays.
POSTER AUTHORS MUST ARRIVE - BETWEEN 9 AM - 9:45 AM TO SET UP POSTER .
Posters will be displayed on easels according to the Abstract Number in the meeting program.
Easels will be provided at the conference registration/information desk, located on the 3rd floor - in front of Ballroom 350 at The Lory Student Center. This is where the Poster Viewing will be located.
Presenters do not receive complimentary or discounted conference registration.
